Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner, ensuring excellence in academic results and student discipline.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of the Curricular and Extra Curricular Programme as per guidelines.

Convert enquiries to admissions and work on the complete admission process.
- Effectively handle parent concerns as and when escalated by the concern stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with students, staff and parents.
- Responsible for auditing all documentation work regarding student & staff related academics performance, discipline, etc.
- Effectively guide, hand-hold, motivate teachers to drive their best as per the curriculum philosophy.
- Effectively control attrition by facilitating a conducive work environment for the school staff.
- Effectively ensure that there is adherence to HR Policies.
- Effectively work with any recruitment agency or conduct any recruitment drive to recruit efficient resources/teachers within the prescribed time frame.
- Conduct team meeting every week with coordinators and understand the updates given by them.

Coordinate with the coordinators for completing academics, U-DISE & SSC board related work:

- Class observations
- Notebook Verifications
- Timetable preparation
- Monitoring corrections
- Preparing question papers
- Filling student’s data/marks in the list of ledgers maintained in the school.

Follow up of the messages and make sure every message is circulated as per the timelines related to
- Rules/Guidelines followed by the school
- Information about holidays, Exam schedules, Syllabus, every day homework etc
- PTM’s, special celebrations or events and circulating the same to the concerned class watsapp groups through respective wing coordinators.

Organizing events, celebrations, PTM’s, Edutainment trips with the support of all the coordinators

Vendor Management:

- Text books, Notebooks & Diaries
- Regular Uniform, Sports uniform & Belts
- Any extracurricular programmes

Review and follow up of whether audit of washrooms, cupboards, lobby area, classrooms every day is happening or not.

Continuous Follow ups regarding fees and taking the updates regarding the same with the Admin and Front office.

Effectively manage Housekeeping staff and the Security agency. Audit and Follow up with them on the regular basis.

Effectively manage the complete facility and timely procurement of housekeeping material, stationary etc

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
