- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce our educational programs and services.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission requirements, fees, and other relevant details.
- Listen to inquiries and address potential concerns or questions regarding our educational programs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate follow-ups and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the education sector.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barasat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
