This is a leadership role which focusses on maintaining the plant in good condition, following

defined Routine Maintenance and preventive Maintenance in timely manner for Effluent

Treatment Plant, Ultra Filtration, Reverse Osmosis & MVR. This role requires good man

management skills and interaction with plant operators on day-to-day basis to get best

performance from them. The role also requires interaction with the customer’s EHS

management team and maintenance team.

Location: Akurdi near Pune, Maharashtra.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary Tasks & Activities:

- Manage & guide team of operators for Routine & Preventive Maintenance.
- Prepare Shift Schedule, if required work in shift.
- Onboard new Plant Operators
- Monitoring of process parameters of ETP, UF, RO & MVR plant and taking appropriate

corrective actions to ensure plant performance.
- Update Major maintenance needed to Customer on timely basis.
- Report to concerned Customer person for Instrument Calibration such as flowmeter, pH

meter, Conductivity meter, etc. Update the calibrated Instrument status to Customer &
MSSIPL.
- Monitor stock of dosing chemicals on daily basis to avoid stock out situation and inform

concerned Customer person.
- Maintain/Ensure log sheets are maintained on a daily basis and submit it on daily, weekly

or Monthly basis to Customer & MSSIPL as required.
- Inform concerned person regarding Raw Water Quality & parameters.

Secondary Tasks & Activities:

- Maintain cleanliness of plant area
- Prepare Dosing chemicals and add in Dosing Tanks
- Cleaning of UF & RO Membranes with chemical solution.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 5 years’ experience of Operating ETP/STP plant.
