**Designation: Smile Partner **(Customer Relations Representative)

**Benefits**:

- **Fixed salary + Incentives and **_**Fuel Reimbursements**_ _(will be provided on a monthly basis, if you have a two-wheeler)_
- **Guaranteed Promotion** after successful completion of 6 months as Smile Partner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule and coordinate events (online and offline).
- Briefing about our services and products to the potential customers/customers.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Helping to create and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Working on feedback and review collection

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **10+2 or Diploma/Graduation in any Field.**:

- **Experience: Freshers will be preferred (0 to 5 years of experience in relevant field of sales and marketing).**:

- **Age Limit: 28 years**:

- Microsoft Office (Specially Excel/Spreadsheets, Powerpoint and Word).
- **Strong communication (in English and Hindi Language) and negotiation skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
