**Roles and Responsibilities**

** Maximize ROI in paid search campaigns by executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights**

** Tracking, reporting and analysis of Web Analytics and PPC initiatives / campaigns**

** Managing and forecasting campaign budgets and reconciling discrepancies**

** Optimizing landing pages for search engine marketing**

** Keyword optimization, discovery and expansion**

** Research and implementation of search engine optimization recommendations**

** Analysis and research on competitor advertising links**

** Development and implementation of link building strategy**

** Implementation of SEO best practices on newly developed code**

** Drive SEO in content programming and creation by working with marketing team**

** Improve SEO positions for target keywords on website**

** Increase rankings on all major search networks through link building, content strategy and keyword strategy.**

** Manage SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing to maximize ROI**

**Skills and Other Requirements**

** 1 - 3 years of relevant experience**

** Understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition**

** Proven SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns**

** In-depth knowledge of Web Analytic tools**

** Experience with Bid Management Tools**

** Experience with AB and multivariate experiments**

** Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript development and constraints**

** Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices followed in SEO and SEM**
