Job Description:
Upload new products to all ecommerce seller portal.
- Inventory updates for the existing catalogues listed on a daily basis
- Manage the daily operations for ecommerce orders invoicing, orders dispatch and fulfilment
- Packaging of daily orders.
- Good knowledge of E-commerce operation like order processing, dispatch, stock management etc. on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Good knowledge of excel.
- Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
- Address customer complaints.
- Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce & Shiprocket software is desirable.
- Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.
- Good writing English
- Active and ready to lead

**1-2 yrs. experience in same field**

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Amazon Listing, Updating / Uploading Product Data / Specifications
- Good verbal & written communication
- Good knowledge of MS Excel

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Central, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
