Visit customers for loan recovery/collection

Recover loan from banking & non banking customers

Updating feedback of customers to Team-leaders

Update trails on banking portal after customers visit

Timely completion of given targets

Feedback take from telecaller and executives

Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans. Maintaining customer payment records.
