Role Description The Collections Executive will manage all aspects of debt collection and credit control for the assigned accounts. They will be responsible for following up with clients to ensure payments are made on time, resolving client queries related to payments, and maintaining accurate records of collections and outstanding balances. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close collaboration with the finance and accounts team to meet collection targets.Qualifications Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactionsAnalytical Skills to assess and address outstanding accountsBasic understanding of Finance principlesAbility to meet deadlines and handle pressurePrior experience in collections or a related field is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred
