**Supervision and Leadership**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure proper conduct of security personnel.
- Conduct briefings and training sessions to maintain standards.

**2. Guest and Staff Safety**
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and visitors.
- Handle guest incidents, complaints, or emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Support emergency response procedures like fire drills, evacuations, or medical emergencies.

**3. Surveillance and Patrols**
- Oversee regular patrolling of the premises to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for any unusual behavior or security breaches.
- Ensure access control procedures are followed in restricted areas.

**4. Incident Management**
- Respond to and manage security incidents, including theft, vandalism, or accidents.
- Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and security logs.
- Cooperate with local law enforcement when needed.

**5. Policy Enforcement**
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Check staff and contractor identification and enforce visitor protocols.

**6. Risk Assessment and Prevention**
- Identify potential security risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Assist in conducting internal investigations when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain a secure environment.

**7. Emergency Preparedness**
- Ensure the security team is trained in emergency procedures.
- Maintain emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits).
- Participate in safety audits and drills.

**8. Administrative Duties**
- Maintain security schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Manage reports, daily logs, and documentation.
- Report directly to the hotel management or security manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
