Qualification:
- Mechanical engineering (BE+MBA/ BE /Any Graduation/ MBA).

Stakeholder Management

Service delivery optimization

Should do team management & training

Preparing and planning for the projects.

Should know how to delegate, monitor, execute, and adherence to timelines.

Reporting, escalation, taking preventive and corrective action to achieve delivery before time.

Multi-task and cross function coordination

Job Description:
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

Selection of carrier & negotiating contracts & rates.

Should be able to do Fleet management.

Know about route & load planning.

Requirements and skills:
- Should be able to hire drivers & delivery boys and resolving any arising problems or complaints record of successful distribution of last mile delivery.

Having excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational solid understanding of logistics & inventory management.

Should be excellent in verbal & written communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage staff.

Should have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
