- Roles and Responsibility- Role & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Responsible for Modern Trade and activation of maximum Modern trade outlets.
- Managing relationships with all existing modern trade accounts
- Placement in all standalone super markets, create good visibility in all outlets.
- Sales forecast (SKU wise) for stocks arrangements
- Handling Merchandisers, Distributors & Product Consultants.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Coordinate with senior management to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
- Planning & Execution of new product launch & development.
- Planning Visibilities and handling promotions.
- Negotiate Margins in all outlets
- Ensure timely recovery of money & prevent bad debts
