**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update customer data, order details, and service records in **Excel spreadsheets** accurately and on time.
- Track orders, shipments, and service requests; coordinate internally with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly Excel reports such as order status, delivery schedules, and pending actions.
- Follow up with customers for confirmations, feedback, or additional information.
- Escalate any critical issues or delays to the senior team for immediate attention.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, creating simple reports).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
