Looking for a Full Time Executive Assistant

**About Us**: Data Driven Foundry setting up its own accelerator and building products. We are focused on launching a business focused on data and tech services. You would be part of the consulting side of the business where we offer services to other firms. Your aim is to keep the founder's and management's workload from consulting the least possible so they can set up the venture fund and accelerator side of the business. **What We Want** As an executive analyst, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, taking minutes of meetings, and other organizational tasks. You will also be conducting secondary research in various sectors and build a quality data base of interesting topics. This research is used by our clients in the likes of Venture Funds and Private Equities etc. to make their investment decisions. You should be able to conduct global primary and secondary research and preparing reports comprising of market trends, business research, company profiling, market mapping, market sizing, strategies, etc. and use the data gathered during the research to carry out market, customer, and vendor analysis **Basic Skills Required** - Ability to work without supervision - Ability to operate in a group and under pressure - Effort, timeliness, and a methodical, responsible approach - Willingness to devote time to improving one's own knowledge and abilities. - Good Communication: English Communication and written presenting abilities (verbal and nonverbal) - Data Studio Plus Point i.e. experience in creating dashboards that provide conclusive insights - Knowledge of Project Management tools - Jira, Confluence, CRM Active Campaign - Knowledge and expertise in Client Operations and Management is a plus. - Expertise in Analytical tools and Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word). - Approach to solving analytical problems that is logical and systematic; - Knowledge of sales, converting prospects to leads and management of sales operation - Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies. You'll be expected to make Reports associated with the business operations. - Other responsibilities include building proposal and evaluating in a cross-functional environment. - You should be able to gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations. Excellent English Skills A.7. Calendar Handling, Event Scheduling Etiquettes and Calendar Management - Google Calendar is a time-management and scheduling calendar service developed by Google. A.8. Bidding on Freelancer platforms **B. Sales**: B.1. Managing Sales Pipelines on CRM / Linkedin B.2. Lead Generation and Data Entry **C. Core Operations**: C.1. Assist the operations team in the development of the project like creating powerpoints, market research,competition analysis, landscape analysis etc C.2. Product Surveys and calls. C.3. Assist the HR team" **D. Marketing Operations**: D.1. Manage social media accounts with provided collaterals. D.2. Build social media awareness by following articles, learning, and growing awareness. E.
