We are looking for a pleasant **Front Desk Executive **to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors/Patients and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- greeting clients/Patients and setting a positive office atmosphere
- Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
- Ensure complete and accurate patient registration
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect
- Assist Doctors in OPD
- To ensure patient satisfaction solve queries and guide them properly.
- To ensure patient don't wait much time in OPD.
- To represent the Center positively and effectively handle any issues without damaging the center reputation.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
