Job Position: EA (Executive Assistant) to CEO

Job Responsibilities:

- Closely monitoring the CEO's office operations.
- Assisting CEO/ Managing Director
- Ensuring smooth coordination and communication with clients.
- Managing the calender and minutes of meeting for the CEO.
- Should oversee travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Maintaing good relationship with clients and departments.

Qualification:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills (must be good in excel and ppt)
- Any degree/ post graduate degree
- 2-4 years in similar role.

**Salary**: As per industry

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 10 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
