**Role Overview -**

We are hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in strategic, operational, and execution-focused tasks. This is a high-impact role for someone who is highly organized, skilled in business communication, and has strong presentation and documentation abilities. The role offers close exposure to decision-making processes at the leadership level.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Prepare high-quality, board-level presentations and reports for monthly meetings
- Support the CEO in managing ongoing business and strategic initiatives
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Track project progress, key deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Draft executive communications, notes, and internal memos
- Conduct business research and benchmarking for decision support
- MBA with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (EA, strategy, business analyst, or consulting)
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong visual storytelling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in agri-tech, rural markets, or supply chain is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
