**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The

content. As a Digital Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting

compelling information materials for our listed properties. This includes creating visually

appealing infographics, captivating crafting sales pitches, and ensuring accurate property

information is conveyed effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop visually stunning infographics for listed properties, including marking nearby

amenities on aerial view images and outlining property boundaries.

2. Write persuasive and descriptive sales pitches that highlight the unique features and

benefits of each property.

3. Collaborate with the team and deliver the innovative content in timely manner.

4. Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information about the local area, amenities,

and market trends to incorporate into property descriptions.

5. Ensure all content is optimized for digital platforms and adheres to SEO best practices to

maximize visibility and engagement.

6. Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality visual assets for

property listings.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate

to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
1. bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation.

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

4. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign) or Canva.

5. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

7. Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. A portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and content creation is highly

desirable.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
