**Job Description**:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and have a passion for career development and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily using the database/leads on LeadSquared CRM.

Identify the need for upskilling based on the individual's area of interest to improve conversion rates.

Provide detailed program information via phone calls, video counseling, or in-person meetings.

Build a pipeline of potential students by maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Handle the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from cold calling to closing admissions.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.

Ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Familiarity with sales CRMs (preferably LeadSquared).

A proactive approach to building client relationships and maintaining student engagement.
