International Marketing Executive/backend Operation

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze international markets to identify business opportunities and target audiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products or services globally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns tailored to specific international markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competition, and trends in international markets.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations.
- Coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of international marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with international regulations and compliance requirements for marketing activities.
- Assist in managing international marketing budgets and expenses.
- Support the development and localization of marketing collateral for different international markets.

**Experience**:1-4 years minimum (Preff. Steel industry)**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in international marketing and global business trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with international market research techniques and tools.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Previous international exposure or experience working with international markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally, if required.**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
