International Marketing Executive/Backend Operations Executive

**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospect new customers to grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline in order to support annual growth targets.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met and converting opportunities into profitable sales.

Stay updated on current developments in the business market and analyze market trends and competitor activities in overseas markets.

Identify potential clients by commodity and region, develop comprehensive client knowledge and maintain a database.

Analyze data and prepare reports, including Bills of Materials (BOM), PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), and other relevant reports.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in international marketing or backend operations (experience in the steel industry is preferred).

Minimum graduation degree or MBA qualification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: 3.60LPA - 6LPA

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
