Job Title: “Sales Executive - Field Officer”
Company: Nivara Home Finance Ltd.
Location: Designated Area
**Salary**: INR 1,44,000/- per annum + Performance-based incentives and bonuses
**Job Type**: Training period of 3 months, followed by on-roll employment.
Age Group: 18-25 years
**Requirements**:
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Own a personal vehicle.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Good communication skills in local language at the designated area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential customers within the designated area.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their housing finance needs and explain Nivara Home Finance Ltd.'s products and services.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and other related queries.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

- Persuasive and able to influence potential customers effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, honest and trustworthy.
