**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
