**About the Internship**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound efforts. Develop a pipeline of qualified leads interested in financial products such as mutual funds, insurance policies, and fixed deposits.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of our financial products to prospective clients.
- **Sales Strategy**: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to different market segments to achieve sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients, addressing any queries and moving them through the sales funnel towards closing.
- **Sales Administration**: Support the sales team in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and improve offerings.
- **Learning & Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen your understanding of financial products and sales techniques.
- **Any other kindred activities which may not be explicitly mentioned above**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related degree program.
- **Sales Enthusiasm**: Genuine interest in sales with a basic understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and credit products.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Good command over English is an absolute must
- **Client-Focused**: A customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to meet client needs and build long-term relationships.
- **Initiative**: Proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify opportunities and take the initiative in pursuing them.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable, though not mandatory. Any experience with financial softwares is a bonus.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while working towards sales goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, contributing to group efforts and learning from peers.
