**Sales Support Data Operator**

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with various tasks to support their operations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize MS Excel to organize and analyze sales data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to achieve sales objectives.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures related to data management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments relevant to the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the same industry.
- Ability to handle sales team tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a dynamic personality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capability to work in a pressure-filled environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.**:

- Good typing speed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
