**Soft Skills Trainer**

Position Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Bangalore

Type: Fulltime contractual

**Salary**: 3.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs p.a.

Through our holistically designed training modules, we are also focused on moulding India’s young talent pool to be technologically savvy and industry-ready. As a project integrator, we oversee end-to-end project implementation which entails project planning, co-ordination, organization, logistics and skilling.

**Role**:

- Developing engaging, relevant and effective learning content directed towards improving social and interpersonal skills
- Imparting training to learners on soft skills through interactive sessions (online and offline)
- Maintaining systematic documentation of sessions completed, assessment results
- Follow up with learners for timely submission of assignments/assessments
- Understands and demonstrates sensitivity towards culturally diverse population
- Maintaining clear communication between departments through various mediums
- Coordinating with key stakeholders and cross functional teams for the assigned tasks
- Adhering to SOPs pertaining to operations
- Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and condition

**Skillset Required**:

- Ability to analyse, organize and effectively communicate complex ideas
- Proficiency in MS Office and Database Management Skills
- Excellent understanding of fundamental learning principles
- Knowledge of regional language (Kannada)
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and non-verbal
- Sound vocabulary and thorough knowledge of grammar
- Multitasking
- Open to travel across Karnataka

**Education & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2-4 years of experience in training and content development of interactive learning modules
