- We are looking for someone with deep understanding and understanding of entire US payroll/Time and attendance process for a client. Current requirement is to mirror the US shifts, participate in processing client’s existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and technologies to find opportunities for efficiencies, process simplification._

**_ Responsibilities_**_ _**:
**_Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day to day basis_**

**_ _**

**_Be able to review manual processes and define scope for automation/ Improvements_**

**_ _**

**_Detail oriented, good communication skills and ability to work independently and within the team environment_**

**_ _**

**_Communicate and present to external and internal client as required_**

**_ _**

**_Responsible to work with multiple partners_**

**_ _**

**_Responsible to align with internal controls and policies and pay attention to details._**

**_Graduation in Commerce (B.Com)_**

**_Meaningful work experience in payroll Process Consulting/ Payroll Operations/Payroll Implementation_**

**_Experience on ERPs_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_Good Customer Service skills and analytical skills_**
