- We are looking for someone with deep understanding and understanding of entire US payroll/Time and attendance process for a client. Current requirement is to mirror the US shifts, participate in processing client’s existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and technologies to find opportunities for efficiencies, process simplification._
- Responsibilities_
- _Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day to day basis_
- _Be able to review manual processes and define scope for automation/ Improvements_
- _Detail oriented, good communication skills and ability to work independently and within the team environment_
- _Communicate and present to external and internal client as required_
- _Responsible to work with multiple partners_
- _Responsible to align with internal controls and policies and pay attention to details._
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduation in Commerce (B.Com)_
- _Meaningful work experience in payroll Process Consulting/ Payroll Operations/Payroll Implementation_
- _Experience on ERPs_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good Customer Service skills and analytical skills_
- _ERP Experience_
