**Salary
- Depends on last drawn salary(**Salary:

- Up to 70K + Incentives)
- Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating revenue for the company.
- Receiving inbound calls and providing the corporate clients and business partners with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
- Make professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
- Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
- Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel and extra activities.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be from Travel industry and should be well versed in any one of the GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and World span) Knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Travel process/ Must be from the Travel industry (Sales -voice process)
- Handle problems and complaints of customers for chargeback.
- Knowledge of US Geography is must.
- Planning and motivating the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Providing excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Determining customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, World span)
- Comfortable for Voice based US sales process.
- Exposure of travel background
- Hands-on experience with industry-defining innovative trends - Getting to learn and use the latest in Travel and Customer service

**Salary**: Up to ₹43,875.13 per month
