**_We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our organization's digital marketing efforts. As a digital marketing expert, you will have experience and knowledge in areas such as SEO, content marketing, and team management. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours, allowing you to work remotely._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website data, and optimize content to improve search engine ranking and organic visibility (SEO).
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and platforms, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Manage the content team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and engaging with the online community.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and driving digital marketing success.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and web analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the content team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
