**Position Title - Trainer - General Duty Assistant (GDA)/Healthcare**

**Location**: Tenali, East Godavari, West Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Ongole, Kurnool, Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in healthcare training or clinical practice

**Education Qualification**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Nursing, General Healthcare, or related field
- Certification in GDA/Healthcare sector courses preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistant (GDA) courses.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage learners effectively.
- Adhere to the curriculum guidelines set by NSDC/Sector Skill Councils.

**Content Development**:

- Develop and customize training materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure alignment with updated industry practices and standards.

**Learner Assessment**:

- Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor learner progress.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help learners improve their skills.

**Industry Standards**:

- Keep up-to-date with healthcare practices and trends.
- Impart training that meets the standards of the healthcare industry and GDA job roles.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
- Submit reports on training outcomes and learner progress to management.

**Health and Safety Awareness**:

- Educate learners about health and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in training environments.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Ability to use e-learning tools and platforms for blended learning.
- Hands-on knowledge of hospital/clinical operations and equipment usage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proven experience in healthcare services, nursing, or a similar role.
- Certification from relevant Sector Skill Councils (SSC) or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Experience in skill development training is preferred.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
