- Convert The Active Leads Into Admissions
- Periodic Satisfaction Survey With Enrolled Students To Get Feedback On Course And Obtain Student References
- Work On Student Reference To Obtain Lead And Thereby Achieve Admissions
- Follow Up With Students For Fees Collection And Convince Students To Deposit Fees On Time. In Case There Are Any Issues, Work Closely With Center Head And Resolve Them.
- Proactively Assist The Business Developmment Team And Marketing Team To Generate Leads
- Develop And Provide MIS Related To Students Attendance, Fee Collection, Enquiries, Leads, Admissions, Student Issues To Management Targets For Next One Quarter

- Visits A Week
- Student Reference Admissions In A Month Eligibility Criteria Every COUNSELLOR Has To Achieve Minimum Of 40% Conversion Ratio On A Weekly Basis To Become Eligible For Incentives. In Case The COUNSELLOR Does Not Maintain 40% Conversion Ratio For Two Weeks In A Month, She Will Not Be Given Any Incentive For The Month. In Case Any Discrepancy/Manipulations Is Found In The Admissions, The Incentive For The Whole Moth And 25% Salary Shall Be Cut For The Respective Month For COUNSELLOR. If The Incidence Is Repeated The Services Will Be Terminated Without Any Notice With Immediate Effect. Work Guidelines Every Day Counsellor Shall Submit A Daily Performance Report To Center Manager Covering The Following Parameters. The Following Reports Shall Be Verified By Center Head
- Visits
- Hot Leads In Pipeline For Visits
- Registration Done
- Admissions Done
- Collection Status
- Lead Source Report/Media Report
- Student Reference Update
- Marketing Activities Done Counsellor Shall Submit A Weekly Admission Forecast From Followup Enquires To Center Head Which Will Be Verified By Center Head Non Performance In Case The Targets Are Not Achieved Upto 70% For Two Consecutive Months A Performance Notice Shall Be Given By Management To The Employee. In Case The Issue Persists For Another Month, The Employee May Be Considered For
- A Role Shift/Department Shift
- A One Month Notice To Perform Or Leave Service Termination Notice.

**Salary**: ₹10,499.91 - ₹28,809.80 per month
