Reservation Supervisor

Overseeing individual training
- Directing the department in selling rooms and apartments
- Managing inventory to maximize transient sales
- Ensuring that customer service standards are met
- Administering staff productivity
- Ensuring achievement of all departmental goals
- Overseeing all reservation activities for the facility
- Maintaining records of all bookings
- Ensuring compliance to all guest demands
- Managing all enquiries and providing response within required timeframe

Reservation supervisors may also:

- Take calls in reservations and PBX to help with high call volume
- Follow up on reservations to confirm if booking is still valid
- Work closely with the sales department to enter all group contract, rooming list, VIP reservations, etc.
- Ensure that the reservations team achieves or exceeds monthly sales targets
- Ensure that guests enjoy exceptional customer service and memorable experiences

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
