Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor, located in Rajasthan, India. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, including supervising staff, handling receptionist duties, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with multiple departments, handling guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling front desk operations
- Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
