Wellness Therapist

**Key Responsibilities**:
The wellness Therapist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional wellness treatments and services to guests, ensuring their relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. This individual is responsible for delivering a wide range of Naturopathy/wellness therapies, such as massages, facials, body treatments, Hydrotherapies, mud bath, plantain bath, packs & wraps and other specialized services. The wellness Therapist maintains a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and technical expertise while promoting a tranquil and soothing environment for guests.

1. Treatment Delivery:
Perform a variety of Naturopathy/wellness therapies, including massages, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized treatments based on guest preferences and needs.

Utilize a range of techniques and products to deliver exceptional wellness experiences, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough understanding of different treatment protocols, product knowledge, and contraindications, and provide appropriate recommendations to guests.

2. Customer Service:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Conduct thorough physical examinations with guests to assess their needs, medical history, and preferences, customizing treatments accordingly.

Provide personalized recommendations on wellness services, products, and home care routines to promote continued wellness and self-care.

3. Sanitation and Safety:
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper disinfection, sterilization, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and treatment rooms.

Follow established health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the handling of chemicals and products in a safe and responsible manner.

Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms, replenishing supplies and linens as needed to ensure a comfortable and inviting environment for guests.

4. Product Knowledge and Sales:
Stay updated on the latest wellness industry trends, techniques, and product advancements, continuously expanding knowledge and skillset.

Promote and recommend retail products, explaining their benefits and features to guests, and generating additional revenue through product sales.

Maintain accurate records of guest treatments, product usage, and inventory levels, assisting to wellness manager or supervisor in inventory management and restocking activities.

5.Professionalism and Teamwork:
Demonstrate a professional appearance and conduct at all times, adhering to the spa's dress code, code of ethics, and policies.

Collaborate effectively with other wellness team members, providing support, assistance, and a seamless experience for guests.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills, knowledge, and industry certifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in TAT/spa therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Naturopathy Therapist in a reputable Hospital or wellness centre.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in a variety of wellness treatments and techniques.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with guests.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and provide clear explanations and recommendations.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to adapt techniques and treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and product inventory management.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
