**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hair Cutting & Styling**:

- Provide haircuts for men, women, and children, ensuring each client receives a style tailored to their preferences.
- Perform various hairstyling techniques including blowouts, updos, and braiding.

**Chemical Treatments**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to determine clients’ hair goals and suggest appropriate treatments.

**Client Consultation & Service**:

- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Provide professional advice on hair care, maintenance, and recommended products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Salon Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Sterilize and sanitize all tools and equipment after each use.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities offered by the salon.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in cutting, styling, and coloring hair for both male and female clients.
- Experience with chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments.
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
