As a hairdresser, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients. You will be working in a salon or a similar establishment, and your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by creating stylish and flattering looks based on clients' preferences and needs. Your expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling hair will contribute to building and maintaining a loyal customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
Hair Cutting and Styling: Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle preferences, face shape, and hair type. Perform hair cutting, trimming, and styling to create various looks, including but not limited to layers, bobs, fades, and updos.

Hair Treatments: Provide hair treatments, like conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages, to improve the health and appearance of clients' hair.

Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with clients. Listen to their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure their comfort throughout the service.

Salon Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and organized, sanitize tools, and follow health and safety regulations.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest hair care products, trends, and techniques to provide expert advice to clients and promote products when appropriate.

Appointments and Record Keeping: Schedule client appointments, manage the salon's booking system, and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Upselling Services: Suggest additional salon services that align with the clients' interests and needs to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a hairdresser, hairstylist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
- Creativity and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
