**Job purpose**:
**will manage complete Insurance Portfolio of First Meridian Group companies.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**New Policy**:

- Provide the requirement to Procurement for new requirements of insurance policies, which includes Asset Policies, Liability policies.
- Fire Policies
- Assets Polices covering companies’ assets.
- General Liability Insurance
- Errors and omissions policies
- Cash in transit policies
- Group Accidental Insurance
- Group Medical Insurance
- Term Life Policies
- Workmen compensation Polies
- Any other policies that may require are not listed above.
- Understanding the company and client requirements with respect to coverage
- Arrive at the Monthly premium collection from associates to charge in the payroll for invoicing to clients.

**Renewals and Amendments**:

- Ensuring Timely renewal or amendment to all polices in coordination with procurement team,
- Providing necessary data in coordination with respective brokers.
- Providing Policy performance analysis for determining the premium
- Ensuring the enough CD balance kept with Insurer to ensure continuous coverage.
- Ensuring the Medical cards are distributed to all associates covered under the medical policies.

**Coordination**:

- Coordination with Payroll team for monthly data for Monthly Additions and deletions to respective policies.
- Coordination with business teams for data wherever required and the clarification.
- Coordination with TPA for New Joiners insurance cards.
- Coordinating with Brokers for held cover letters on monthly additions and deletions.
- Coordination with Brokers for reconciliation of CD balances on monthly basis.
- Coordinating with TPA/Broker for settlement of claims of employees.

**General**:

- Ensuring all policy documents are received and stored in the respective folders.
- Ensuring all Renewal documents are received and stored in the respective folders.
- Reconciliation of premium payment to respective policies with books of accounts
- Ensuring All documents received with respect to claims and submit the same to the Broker/TPA.

**Client Interface**:

- Participate in client call/visit along with business team whenever required.
- Updating management and other stake holders on changes in IRDA laws and rules

**Reports and MIS**:

- Ensuring all tracking mechanisms are properly followed to enable timely closure of queries and other actions required.
- Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of client and Management, etc.
- Provide documents to auditors and provide clarifications wherever required.
