**Job Description:

- **

As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for selling insurance in your assigned area. Leads will be generated and assigned by company.

Your main tasks will include building **client relationships** and doing sales through in-**person meetings and presentations**.

Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers to sell health insurance products.
- Convert leads generated by company into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.

**Skills: -**
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Kannada. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus point.
- Ability to influence and convince potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of using a laptop and CRM tools.
