**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in the Agri-Business sector. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products, such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm equipment, and other agro-inputs to farmers, distributors, and retailers. The role involves building strong relationships with farmers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their agricultural productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
Actively promote and sell the company’s agricultural products to farmers, dealers, and distributors.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential farmers.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on the company’s product offerings and industry developments.

Educate farmers on the benefits, features, and proper usage of products.

**Compliance and Ethics**:
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with legal and environmental regulations of the organization

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the agri-business sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in agricultural inputs, equipment, or related products.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.

Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of local agricultural practices and market conditions.

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales representative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
