**Job description: -**
- We are looking for a supporting hand, technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

4. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

5. Performing background and reference checks.

7. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

**Requirements**:
1. Must have minimum 6 months.

2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

5. Notice Period: - Immediate to 15 days max.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
