In this role, the Finance Associate will:

- Conduct financial data analysis and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Create and maintain financial dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
- Maintain expenses tracker
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and workflows

**Requirements**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Degree specializing in finance or equivalent such as MFC, M.Com in Finance, MFM, MBA in Banking and Finance, or CFA.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software tools
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work from our Chennai office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Participation in finance-related competitions or projects
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role
