**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction & Service**:

- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Assess vehicle damage and discuss repair options with customers, providing clear and accurate estimates.
- Explain repair timelines, costs, and any necessary parts or labor involved in the process.
- Provide updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle repair, handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate rental car services or shuttle transportation for customers as necessary.

**Repair Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines to ensure timely completion of work.
- Collaborate with technicians and the Body Shop Manager to ensure repairs are completed according to specifications and within the estimated time frame.
- Obtain approval from customers for repair work and ensure work orders are updated with accurate information.

**Estimate & Billing**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates for customers, including labor, parts, and other associated costs.
- Process insurance claims, including submitting estimates to insurance companies and following up for approval.
- Handle billing and invoicing for completed work, ensuring all services and parts are correctly accounted for.
- Ensure that customers understand their invoices and answer any questions regarding costs.

**Quality Control**:

- Review completed repairs to ensure they meet the shop’s quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure all work is completed satisfactorily and all customer concerns are addressed.
- Ensure repairs are performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

**Sales & Upselling**:

- Recommend additional services or repairs based on vehicle condition and customer needs (e.g., detailing, preventative maintenance).
- Actively work to retain customers and build relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in promoting the shop’s services and any special offers to increase business opportunities.

**Administrative & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate customer records, including vehicle details, repair history, and communication logs.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for insurance companies, customers, and internal records.
- Manage repair scheduling software and ensure smooth workflow between customers, technicians, and management.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records, ordering parts as necessary, and ensuring the availability of required materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
