**Responsibilities as SEO Specialist**
- Should be able to lead a team of two SEO Associates.
- Lead the production of advanced and detailed keyword research to identify the most effective and targeted key phrases/topics for the concerned doctor’s objectives.
- Implementation of SEO strategy which improves Local search ranking organically.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Should be able to conduct a detailed site audit, do Keyword & Competitor research.
- Perform SEO audits and inspections to identify regular on-site content and off-site opportunities.
- Handling client communication.
- Compile and review Meta tags.
- Optimize existing website content and other sections such as Footer and internal links.
- Ensure zero defect deliverables, internal and external.
- Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Keep abreast with white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines and staying updated with the latest trends, technologies & algorithms.
- Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
- Provide recommendations for new content launches & campaigns - as well as monitor performance and provide continuous optimizations to improve search visibility.
- Raise the bar for content quality through ideation and working closely with other teams to identify innovative ways.
- Prepare monthly SEO, analytics reports and conduct technical site audits to identify search & user related issues.
- Monitor Google Analytics and Google Search Console and keep up on latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Proactively make recommendations on new marketing technologies and strategies that drive results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2.5 - 3 years previous experience in SEO, Digital marketing
- Experience in various SEO techniques and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of successful initiatives with measurable impact on revenue
- Strong exposure to On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
