About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Expert with 2–3 years of core experience in handling end-to-end SEO projects, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and AI-powered SEO tools. If you are someone who thrives on driving organic growth, optimizing digital presence, and keeping up with evolving SEO practices — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) for real estate projects.- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies to build targeted SEO roadmaps.- Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and microsites for maximum search visibility and keyword ranking.- Stay updated with Google’s core algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies.- Leverage AI-driven SEO tools for content optimization, keyword mapping, and performance insights.- Manage link-building strategies, digital PR, and authority-building tactics within the real estate niche.- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all assets.- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using platforms like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Analytics, and other AI/SEO tools.- Recommend innovative SEO experiments to improve organic rankings and traffic growth.Key Skills & Requirements- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO project management experience.- Prior exposure to the real estate category/clients is a strong advantage.- Deep understanding of search engine core algorithms and ranking factors.- Strong grasp of latest SEO trends including voice search, AI-driven SEO, topical authority, and semantic search.- Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar.- Knowledge of on-page & technical SEO: site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc.- Strong expertise in off-page SEO: backlink strategies, outreach, and digital PR.- Familiarity with AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, SurferSEO AI, etc.).- Ability to interpret analytics, create data-driven strategies, and present insights.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Perks:Apart from the compensation, you will be a part of a crazy culture and people to work with who don’tbelieve in working in a monotonous & boring environment and believe in having fun along with work,an environment where hierarchies exist mostly on paper and you can reach out to anyone at anypoint for any sort of help (though don’t forget to treat the person with a chocolate later on ;) ), andyes, we take office parties very seriously where you don’t have an option to skip it for any reasonwhatsoever :P
