
Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our travel packages.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website.
- Create engaging content for social media, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, both online and offline.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Freshers are welcome; experience in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
**Work Schedule**:
- 6-day work week (4 days office-based, 2 days field marketing)
