**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Remote Training Delivery**:

- Conduct live, interactive online training sessions using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Deliver clear and concise instruction on graphic design concepts, software skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), and industry best practices.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to participants.
- Create and manage online learning environments.
- **Curriculum Development & Material Creation**:

- Develop and update engaging online course materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and project assignments.
- Create visually appealing and informative resources that cater to various learning styles.
- Adapt existing curriculum to meet the needs of remote learners.
- Keep curriculum updated with current design trends.
- **Participant Support & Engagement**:

- Provide timely and helpful responses to participant questions and inquiries.
- Foster a positive and supportive online learning community.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain online office hours, or scheduled times for student questions.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Assist with the scheduling of online training sessions.
- Potentially create online content for promotional use.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions or presentations, preferably in an online environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
