Job Title: Content Writer
Department: Digital Marketing & Communications
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship (3 months)
Working Mode: On-site
Shifts: 6 Days (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Reporting To: Manager

Vacancies: 3-5
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers eligible)
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA - ₹6.5 LPA | Internship Stipend: ₹0-₹15,000/month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing channels.
- Developing content strategies that align with the organization’s goals and target audience.
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conducting thorough proofreading and editing to ensure content is error-free and adheres to style guidelines.
- Conducting SEO keyword research and implementing SEO strategies.
- Ensuring all-around consistency (style, tone, and brand voice).
- Crafting compelling headlines, taglines, and meta descriptions to capture audience attention.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and audience preferences.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative and innovative concepts.

Must-Have Skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong command of grammar and syntax.
- Strong research skills to gather accurate and authentic information.
- Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice and target audience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in content creation.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in content planning and strategy development.
- Knowledge of copyright, plagiarism, and ethical considerations in content creation.
- Ability to generate creative and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with content performance analysis and engagement metrics.

Qualification & Soft Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and adaptability to different writing tones
