Job Description Content Writer & Editor - For a stealth Startup A stealth-stage startup founded by experienced operators with deep roots in the startup and investment ecosystem is looking for an experienced content writer & editor who can help them refine and scale their content engine. What You'll Do - Edit and elevate content drafts produced through our in-house pipeline - Contribute to improving the overall content process and structure - Own the brand voice - Work with rest of team members to help them create content / edit their content. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Content writer & Editor. The person will be responsible for reviewing and editing content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity. The person will also develop editorial guidelines, collaborate with other writers to improve content quality, and manage content workflows. Additionally, the Editor will oversee content for various platforms, making sure it aligns with brand voice and style. Qualifications - Experienced in writing or editing tech, startup, or business-focused content - Ideally worked with startup-focused media (Moneycontrol, The Ken, TMC, etc.) - Available full-time - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment - Minimum Experience - 2 years - Maximum Experience - 6-8 years. - Proven experience in content editing and proofreading - Strong writing and editorial skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to develop and implement editorial guidelines - Experience with content management systems - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field would be preferred
