The Statutory Audit & Income Tax Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to statutory audits and income tax in India.

This role requires deep expertise in Indian accounting and tax laws, as well as the ability to manage audits and ensure the accuracy of tax filings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Statutory Audit Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory audits in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and the Companies Act, 2013. Plan, execute, and finalize audits for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of financials statement as per schedule III of companies act.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statement.
- Review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management, making necessary recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure that audit activities are conducted smoothly and on time.
- Advise management on internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant regulations governing audit practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
