Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our printing team. As the primary operator of our offset printing machine, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials. Your responsibilities will include setting up and calibrating the printing equipment, monitoring the printing process, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Machine Setup:* Configure and prepare the offset printing machine for production runs, ensuring proper settings for ink, paper, and plate alignment.

2. *Quality Control:* Monitor print output for color accuracy, print clarity, and overall quality. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain consistent and high-quality results.

3. *Maintenance:* Perform routine maintenance on the offset printing machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report any major issues to maintenance staff.

4. *Troubleshooting:* Identify and address any technical issues during the printing process, such as paper jams, ink problems, or mechanical malfunctions.

5. *Job Scheduling:* Coordinate with production managers to prioritize and schedule printing jobs based on deadlines and production requirements.

6. *Material Handling:* Manage the supply of paper, ink, and other printing materials. Ensure that materials are loaded correctly and that adequate supplies are maintained.

7. *Record Keeping:* Keep accurate records of print jobs, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered. Provide reports as needed.

8. *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and healthy working environment. Report any safety concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an offset printing machine operator.
- Knowledge of offset printing processes, equipment setup, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret job orders and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality prints.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 per month
